European Golf Team Championships
One of the most iconic courses in Scottish golf, the Gleneagles PGA Centenary Course will host the first-ever European Golf Team Championships as part of Glasgow 2018. Surrounded by the beautiful countryside of Perth & Kinross this Jack Nicklaus-designed course is probably best remembered as the setting for Europe’s famous Ryder Cup win over the USA in 2014.
Tickets: All tickets are general admission, however the front row of grandstands will be reserved for wheelchair and companion and those who require easy access seating. This can’t be reserved and will be on first come first served basis.
Eligibility for complimentary companion ticket is based on ticket holder having one of the following items
- DLA/PIP award at middle or higher rate for care/mobility
- DLA/PIP award at middle or high rate for care/mobility
- National Entitlement card with the carer element C1
- Recognised companion cards for cinema/theatre
- Registered blind/deaf
Facilities: Gleneagles has accessible toilets and assistance dogs are welcome in the venue; a dog rest area will be provided.
A limited number of blue badge parking spaces will be available later. Customers who wish to book a scooter through ‘Event Mobility’ at Gleneagles should indicate this when they purchase their ticket.
